Fabian is the founder of Bloometry with more than a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen financial operations, think more strategically, and navigate change. His background includes public accounting, leadership in publicly traded companies, executive leadership within FQHCs, and healthcare governance.
His approach to the work is practical and people-centered, with a focus on helping organizations build stronger foundations without losing sight of their goals. He is committed to building a firm that supports both meaningful work and a full life. Outside of work, Fabian values time with his family and can typically be found on a bucket catching for his aspiring softball star.
